About Healthy Freedom Yoga
Modern yoga has developed over thousands of years from spiritual and exoteric teachings which were brought to the West through the extraordinary Swami Vivekananda during the late part of the 19th Century. From this time through the practices and teachings of Sri T Krishnamacharya and his students, the physical postures (asanas) developed and evolved into the many forms of yoga that is available to us today.
- Today yoga is one of the fastest growing forms of exercise and de-stress in the world. There is a form and practice suitable for everyone.

Your teacher, Kate Morsley, has extensive training in both dynamic and hatha styles and has been teaching yoga in the Ascot and Sunningdale area for 16 years. She also teaches partner yoga and yoga in schools, prisons and hospitals.
She is a teacher member of the British Wheel of Yoga and has studied with many international teachers including Beryl Bender Birch (Power Yoga); David Swenson and Danny Paradise (Ashtanga Yoga); Liz Lark and Swami Vedantananda Sw. (Satyananda Yoga, Bihar School, India)'.
